1. Improve CTUAA-SC Functionality

   • Build CTUAA-SC into an organization that serves JTU alumni in addition to social networking:

     • Exchange info / experience on Career development / employment / entrepreneurship / business opportunities…

   • Form mentoring / coaching program

   • Find more established alumni as mentors / coaches for students in need.

   • Bridge alumni with JTU on job / business / donation opportunities

2. Establish scholarship to help poor students in JTU

   • First round: Xi An & Southwest

   • Initial funding: $2,000

   • Saved from eliminating paper version of CTUAA-SC Annual Journal – Replace with E-Journal published on www.ctuaa-sc.com

   • Raffle & auction income

   • Need continued support from alumni & friends

3. Improve Functionality of www.ctuaa-sc.com

   • Build CTUAA-SC website into a communication platform of JTU alumni:

     • E-version CTUAA-SC Annual Journal;

     • Job opportunities posting;

     • Discussion forum on interested subjects;

     • Semi-annual photographic competition;

4. 110th JTU Anniversary

   • Organize SC alumni to attend JTU 110th Anniversary Celebration:

     • Shanghai JTU: Aril 8, 2006

     • Xi An JTU: Aril 8, 2006

     • Southwest JTU: May 15, 2006

     • Beijing JTU: TBD

     • HsinChu CTU: TBD

5. Anniversary Donation

   • CTUAA-SC strongly encourages each alumnus to donate $110 to alma mater;

   • You decide how the fund is to be used;

   • More details have been posted on our website.

6. Joint Events with Sister Organizations

   • Support Chinese New Year Concert

     • Jan 20 & 21, 2006 in Kodak Theater

     • Recommend talent for audition

   • Host 2006 Song-Zhu-Mei Picnic

   • Co-organize Song-Zhu-Mei Dancing Parties
